LAPSED DONOR REACTIVATION

Hospital Foundation Case Study

Overview

For decades our partner, a hospital foundation has helped push the boundaries of healthcare, research and innovation for their community. The foundation focuses on meeting the needs of every patient and investing in the future of their care. They have developed several initiatives to build relationships within their region and increase awareness for their mission to improve health care for all.

Challenges

While the foundation has a strong base of supporters that engage with them on multiple channels, like many other non-profit organizations they are faced with a number of lapsed donors. They want to engage again with a group of direct mail donors who have not donated (or lapsed) for 36+months.

03

Solution

Working together with the leaders at the foundation, our team analyzed the transactional, psychographic, behavioural and demographic data on these direct mail supporters to highlight the best approach to reactivating them.

A custom profile was then built to inform and help tailor the messaging for a telemarketing campaign that would best reactivate these lapsed donors.
